3. Takedown Process
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material.
- Notify the user who posted it (if identifiable), providing them with your notice (excluding your personal contact data).
- Take reasonable steps to prevent further infringement, which may include terminating the user’s access for repeat offenses.
4. Counter-Notice Process
If your content is removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing all of the following (17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3)):
- Signature
Your physical or electronic signature. - Removed Material
Identification of the removed material and its former location (URL or description). - Good-Faith Belief
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal was a mistake or misidentification. - Jurisdiction & Service
Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India (or, if outside the U.S., your country’s equivalent), and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant.
Send your counter-notice to the same address above. We will:
- Forward it to the original complainant (excluding your contact details).
- Inform them we may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless they provide proof of a court action to restrain you.
- Restore the material after that period if no such action is presented and no other legal requirement prevents restoring it.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with DMCA safe-harbor requirements, we will terminate the accounts or access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
6. No Fees
We do not charge any fee for processing DMCA notices or counter-notices.
7. International Rights Holders
If you are a rights holder outside the U.S., we will process your DMCA notice or counter-notice in accordance with applicable local laws in your jurisdiction.
8. Misrepresentation
Submitting a false or misrepresented notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) and other applicable laws. We reserve the right to seek damages for any knowing misrepresentation.
9. Third-Party Content
For alleged infringements of content not hosted by us (e.g., linked or embedded resources), please contact the respective third-party service provider directly.
10. Privacy of DMCA Submissions
All personal information provided in a DMCA notice or counter-notice is handled per our Privacy Policy. We will only share your contact details with the opposing party as required by the DMCA process.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time.
